This new portal contains all of the same benefits of the previous one with additional security protocols to protect your data, and it is a platform that enables us to introduce additional information benefits to our clients over time.

Portal Enrollment

To access this secure site, you must follow the enrollment steps below to set up your password.

  • Launch the Client Portal
  • Click on the “Sign up now” link (underneath the blue “Sign in” button)
  • Enter your email address in the first field and click on the blue “Send verification code” button
  • Collect the verification code sent to your email address by “Microsoft on behalf of CIBC” and enter it in the “Verification Code” field and click on the “Verify Code” blue button.
  • Enter a password in both the “New Password” and the “Confirm New Password” fields.
  • Enter your existing Username from the previous platform in the “Username” field.
  • Click on the blue “Create” button.
  • Select your Country from the drop down list in the “Country Code” field
  • Enter your mobile number in the “Phone Number” field and click on the blue “Call Me” button.
  • Pick up the authentication call, and when prompted, press the pound key/number sign (“#”).
  • Enter the Portal and access your statements by clicking on “Monthly Statements” on the left hand menu bar.

You only need to enroll into the platform once. After that has been completed, you only need to sign in to access the system.
